School Information
Hello,
My husband and I are relocating to Spokane later this year. We have to children so I am hoping to find out what is the best school district in the area to get my kids into. I can't wait to move to your great city. Any feedback I can get would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks.
Cindy

Hello Cindy! I recomend the central valley school district in Spokane Valley. I don't know how old your kids are but both of our children have been treated like royalty. I also pastor a church here in Spokane. it is called Cornerstone. Please feel welcome to visit us.

Cindy, I would have to agree that the central valley school district is a good one for the valley. If you are going to be in Spokane I would recommend the Mead school district. I think a lot of people would agree with me that it is the best district in the area. Good luck with your move to Spokane.

If you do research, you'll find that the Mead School district in North Spokane is one of the highest ranking school districts in the state. There are two high schools, two middle schools, and I believe seven elementary schools. We have never regretted putting our kids in the schools there. Plus, North Spokane is the fastest growing section of Spokane today for upper-middle class residents. It is very safe and very friendly.

You might try looking at http://www.greatschools.com - It's a website that posts information on every school in the country... number of students, recent test scores, etc. as well as ratings and some reviews.
It also allows you to compare schools - you will probably find that most schools in Spokane are somewhat similar in what they offer and performance level.

Cindy, I am a Junior at University High School. I would recommend that you check out School District #356. I have been in this district since the 3rd grade and they have treated me exceptionally well. Please Check it out!! -_-*
PS. If you are looking for a daycare [for if your kids are young] take a look at 'Heart For The Home' 922-2177
